Brad Halsey threw 6 1/3 quality innings today in the River Cats 4-3 win over Tacoma.  He gave up three runs on five hits with four strikeouts.

Hiram Bocachica drove in two runs and he doubled in the win.  Donnie Murphy went three for four with two doubles, an RBI and a run.

Brad Halsey struck out eight in 5 2/3 shutout innings in the River Cats 6-2 win.  He gave up just four hits and two walks.

Kevin Melillo went three for three with a double, an RBI and three runs.  Jeremy Brown hit a two run homerun to help out as well.

The River Cats drew seven walks as the A’s mindset of drawing walks is definitely in place.  Hiram Bocachica homered and scored twice while J.J. Furmaniak walked three times and scored twice.

Brad Halsey had a decent start.  He gave up two runs on six hits and a walk with five strikeouts in five innings of work.
